Services Provided

Vadar’s Notaries LLC offers notary services, including but not limited to mobile notarization, real estate document notarization, marriage certificates, and signature witnessing. All services are provided in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: All information and documents provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

• Present Valid Identification: Clients must present valid government-issued identification for verification purposes.

• Comply with Legal Requirements: Ensure that documents presented for notarization comply with applicable laws.

• Timely Payments: Settle all fees and charges for services rendered promptly.

Fees and Payments

• Service Fees: The fees for our notary services will be communicated to you prior to the appointment. Additional charges may apply for travel, after-hours services, or expedited requests.

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and online payments.

• Refunds: Payments for completed services are non-refundable unless an error attributable to our notary is identified.

Limitations of Service

• Impartiality: As notaries, we are impartial witnesses and do not provide legal advice or participate in drafting legal documents.

• Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to decline notarization if the document appears fraudulent, incomplete, or if identification cannot be verified.

• Restricted Services: Certain types of documents or transactions may be beyond the scope of our services due to legal or regulatory restrictions.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data provided during the course of our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability

• Limited Liability: Vadar’s Notaries LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to review notarized documents for accuracy and completeness.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client-Initiated Changes: Clients must notify us of cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

• Service Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including traffic, weather, or emergencies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puyallup, WA.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the revised Terms.
