NOTE: On-site registration will not be available due to meeting space capacity. The 2024 and 2025 VACTEA Annual Conferences were sold out events, so register early to guarantee your seat!
Note: Credit card is the preferred method of payment. All registrations using a Purchase Order (PO) or check for payment must register by August 14, 2026. All payments for conference registration must be received by October 1, 2026, to avoid a canceled registration.

Availability: Reservations received after Saturday, September 12, 2026, or after all rooms have been picked up, will be based on availability of both space and rate.
Parking: Self-parking in the adjacent Mason Street parking deck is available at $3.00 per car per day for both overnight and day guests.
