Sisters from across Virginia joined the Chesapeake Bay, Azalea, and James River districts for our annual Tri-District Retreat. This year's theme was Sprinting into the Future with ADK. All of the sessions were running themed, and our philanthropy of the day was Girls on the Run Hampton Roads. A guest speaker came to share GOTR-HR's mission, and sisters put together goody bags to be given to girls participating in the GOTR summer camps. Food, fun, and fellowship were had by all!

For those of you who attended our Tri-District Retreat, you know we stuffed goody bags for the local Girls on the Run council. Ellen Carver, executive director of Girls on the Run Hampton Roads, sent to me these pictures and the following quote: "The goodie bags are a huge hit with my campers! They want to change out my whole itinerary and have a polish party!"
