With Other Users: Any user you invite to a vacation will be able to see your name, profile photo, the events you add, photos you upload, and messages you send within that specific trip group.

Analytics: We may use tools to understand how users interact with VacaAgent to improve the planning experience.

4. Data Security and Retention

Media Security: Photos and chat history are protected by access controls, ensuring they are only viewable by members of the designated vacation group.
