A. Audio Data To provide the transcription and summarization services, the App requires access to the audio files you share with it (e.g., from WhatsApp, Telegram, or your device storage).
How it is used: When you share an audio file with the App, the audio data is temporarily processed and sent to Google Gemini API (Generative AI) solely for the purpose of transcription and summarization.
Retention: We do not store your audio files or the transcribed text on our servers. The audio is processed in real-time or via temporary cache on your device, which is cleared as per the Android system's standard behavior.
B. Device Information The App may collect standard log information such as your device type, operating system version, and crash reports. This data is used solely for debugging and improving the App's stability.
We use third-party services to facilitate our Service. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing the use of your data.
Google Gemini API: We use Google's Generative AI models to process audio and generate text. By using the App, you acknowledge that your audio data is processed by Google's algorithms. You can review Google's Generative AI privacy terms here: Google Terms of Service.
Google Play Services: Used for app distribution and standard Android functionality.
No Permanent Storage: We do not save your personal conversations, audio notes, or generated summaries on external servers. All outputs are displayed on your device and are lost once you close the app or clear the data, unless you choose to copy or share them elsewhere.
Encryption: Data transmitted to the Google Gemini API is sent over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS).
The App may request the following permissions:
Read External Storage / Media: To access the audio files you choose to share with the App for transcription.
Internet Access: Required to communicate with the AI servers to perform the transcription.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
