V-Planning is a value-oriented urban planning framework that applies the principles of the Urban Value Field (UVF) to support evidence-based planning, spatial optimization, and sustainable urban development. Moving beyond conventional land-use and function-oriented planning approaches, V-Planning integrates spatial economics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), artificial intelligence (AI), Digital Twins, and computational modeling to analyze, simulate, and optimize urban value across space and time. The framework enables planners to evaluate alternative development scenarios, optimize land use and infrastructure investment, and assess the spatial impacts of planning decisions through quantitative value analysis. By combining predictive modeling with decision-support technologies, V-Planning provides a scientific foundation for adaptive planning, strategic urban design, and resilient metropolitan development, bridging Urban Value Science with practical planning and governance.
