This subsection presents the Computational Model of V-Planning, establishing the technological architecture for implementing value-oriented urban planning through advanced computational systems. It translates the theoretical and mathematical foundations of the Urban Value Field (UVF) into an integrated computational framework that supports real-time spatial analysis, simulation, and decision-making. The model combines Geographic Information Systems (GIS), artificial intelligence (AI), Big Data analytics, Digital Twins, and computational modeling within a unified platform for processing complex urban data. It further incorporates predictive analytics, automated decision-support mechanisms, feedback loops, and model integration to enable continuous monitoring, scenario simulation, and adaptive planning. By integrating advanced digital technologies with Urban Value Science, the Computational Model provides a scalable and intelligent platform for optimizing urban development, supporting evidence-based governance, and advancing smart and sustainable cities.
