Welcome to V's Pet Care!

I am experienced pet sitter in Washington, DC offering boutique, relationship-centered, and highly personalized pet care services. My clients would describe me as attentive, reliable, and communicative.

Spending time with animals has always been a fulfilling and humbling experience for me. Since becoming a professional pet sitter, I have built strong bonds with several pets who have uplifted me on my hardest days. 

I have experience working with older pets, leash-reactive dogs, pets with health issues (mobility, food allergies, incontinence, vision and hearing), and dogs with separation anxiety. I am detail-oriented and will flag any concerns (e.g. poop, diet, injury) while they are in my care.

Like most people, I also adopted a dog during COVID. Laila is my long-desired, first, four-legged companion. She is a 5-year-old, mixed-breed rescue who loves playing fetch and tug. She is very goofy and an incredibly welcoming host.

As a small business, I take limited reservations (unlike big boarding centers) and so I ask that you please give me a heads-up if you have any planned needs or cancellations.
