Welcome to Uzuri. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• You may not impersonate others or use misleading usernames.

• Usernames must be 3–20 characters and may only contain letters, numbers, and underscores.

• We reserve the right to reclaim or restrict usernames at our discretion (e.g., "admin," "support," or other reserved names).

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content").

• By posting User Content, you grant Uzuri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

• You are solely responsible for your User Content and must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users

• Post spam, misleading, or fraudulent content

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent

• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the App without authorization

• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

5. Premium Subscriptions

• Uzuri offers optional premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

• Premium users may access additional features such as username changes, exclusive filters, and enhanced profile options.

• Prices are displayed in the App and may change with notice.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

6. Places, Ratings & Map

• Users may rate and review places shown on the map.

• Ratings and reviews reflect individual user opinions and do not represent the views of Uzuri.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of place information or user-submitted ratings.

7. Messaging & Group Chats

• Messages and group chat content are transmitted through our infrastructure.

• You are responsible for the content of your messages.

• We reserve the right to moderate content that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by [Your Name / Company Name] and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the App.

• We are not responsible for User Content posted by other users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UzuriRated shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UzuriRated from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
