UzGram users can delete their entire account and associated data, or delete specific data without deleting their account.
Delete Your Entire Account
Open the official account deletion page in a web browser:
https://my.telegram.org/auth?to=delete
Enter the phone number connected to your UzGram account in international format.
A confirmation code will be sent inside UzGram or Telegram. The code is not sent by SMS.
Enter the confirmation code, select “Delete Account,” and confirm the deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes messages, media, contacts, and other account data stored in the Telegram cloud. Groups and channels created by the user may remain without a creator, existing administrators retain their rights, and other users may retain their copies of previously received messages.
Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account
Users can delete specific data directly inside UzGram:
• Messages or chats: Select the message or chat, tap Delete, and choose deletion for both parties when that option is available.
• Synced contacts: Open Settings → Privacy and Security → Data Settings → Delete Synced Contacts.
• Cloud drafts: Open Settings → Data and Storage → Delete All Cloud Drafts.
• Profile photos or stories: Open the relevant photo or story and select Delete.
• Location messages: Select the location message and delete it like any other message.
• Local cached files: Open Settings → Data and Storage → Storage Usage → Clear Cache. Users may also clear the application’s data in Android settings or uninstall UzGram.
Request Deletion of UzGram-Specific Data
To request deletion of UzGram-specific support information or security records associated with you, email:
muzafarrusupov138@gmail.com
Use the subject: “UzGram Data Deletion Request”
Please provide enough information to verify that the request concerns your account. Do not include passwords or confirmation codes in the email.
Data Retention
Deletion requests are processed after account ownership is confirmed. Certain information may be retained only when required by applicable law or when necessary for security and fraud prevention, and only for as long as required. Copies of messages already received by other users and groups or channels created by the deleted account may remain as described above.
