We may no longer have a storefront, but our ovens have never been busier.

Today, Uy Bakery operates from our commissary kitchen, where we create small batch baked goods for weekend markets, special events, and pre-orders. Behind every bake is a husband and wife team passionate about the craft. While one of us occasionally steps away to care for patients as a physician, the kitchen never stops, the other continues baking every batch with the same attention to detail and love for the process.

We believe that the best pastries aren't rushed. They're handcrafted, thoughtfully made, and shared fresh with every customer.

A Leaf of Faith and A Dual Passion

Our journey began when I decided to leave the fast-paced corporate world behind. Seeing my deep-seated passion for the craft, my husband, Argem, gifted me the ultimate opportunity to turn my dream into a reality.

Argem himself lives a wonderfully unique double life. By profession, he is a dedicated physician. But on his days off, he gladly trades his stethoscope for an apron, bringing his precise, caring nature right into our kitchen as our co-baker.

Our recipes are deeply personal. We took the cherished family recipes passed down by Argem’s lovely mom and lovingly refined them, elevating them into the premium, artisan creations we offer today. We believe in slow, deliberate baking, using only the finest ingredients to craft something truly special.

Rooted in Community

While we started with a traditional storefront, we soon realized our true joy lies in pop-ups and events. Moving beyond a physical shop allows us to connect with you directly, share our passion face to face, and bring our freshly baked treats to more people and new communities.
