Hi, I’m Mohak Sharma from Jabalpur. I graduated in 2021 and have been working as a UI/UX designer since August 2022.

My design journey began with a simple curiosity I noticed that apps from different companies, despite serving different purposes, often shared similar design elements like button placements, menu structures, and icon styles. This observation sparked my interest in how consistency and usability play a crucial role in product experiences.

As I explored UI/UX further, I became fascinated by how design influences not just digital products, but our everyday interactions. From app layouts to the way we navigate physical spaces, design is everywhere and it shapes how we feel, behave, and connect with the world.

Early on, my designs weren’t perfect, but I was eager to learn. I continuously pushed myself to improve by experimenting, learning new tools, and refining my process. Over time, I’ve built a strong foundation in creating user-friendly, functional, and visually appealing designs. I’m passionate about crafting experiences that truly serve users, and I’m excited to keep growing in this ever-evolving field.

High Tech Infosystem, UI/UX Designer

Leading the design of an in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.

Archer Insights:

Description: A project management application designed to enhance team collaboration and streamline project workflows. My role involved conducting user research to identify user needs and pain points. I created detailed user flows and wireframes to outline the application structure, followed by high-fidelity prototypes to visualize the final design. I collaborated closely with product managers and developers to ensure that the design aligned with functional requirements, resulting in a user-friendly interface that improved project management efficiency.

LIAT (Roche):

We designed a portal for Roche, a pharmaceutical company, to store all the data from the tests they are conducting. The portal also includes information about past test results and the time it took to perform them. Additionally, it can generate reports. By triggering a run in the app, files are downloaded to specific locations, segregating positive and negative test results.

As a UI/UX Designer at Earnest Data Analytics, I was responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that enhanced the usability and accessibility of digital products. My key responsibilities included:

My internship provided a significant learning experience in UI/UX design, primarily focusing on EdTech products. I conducted user research, created wireframes and prototypes, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and participated in usability testing.
