Oral Presentations will be structured in 15-minute blocks of time in order to get through everyone in the time allotted. Scholars presentations will be 10 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for questions from the audience.

We encourage audience members to participate in the Q&A portion of the presentation! Our scholars are passionate about their projects and will be excited to field your questions.

For presenters:

We will be utilizing digital files for presentations, we ask that you complete the following steps: 

• Name your presentation file, using the following structure (please make sure that the name on the file, matches the name you provide in the final roster) 

  • Last Name, First Name_Poster or Presentation Title 

    • (Example. Wainman, Aaron_Heteroprofessionalism and Identity in the Workplace) 

• Upload the presentation file using the link below

  • Please have all files uploaded by Sunday, October 6, 2024
