To answer this question, different members of the community were interviewed to gauge the benefits of working through Promoting Beats. I interviewed two members of the community who have been involved long enough to build up new relationships. These producers go by the name of Stafford Beats and Goldra. Stafford had taken the role of managing the server sometime in December of 2020.

Both of my secondary sources come from the UC Davis library. “Value Co-creation in the Popular Music Industry” and “Introduction to the Music Industry: An Entrepreneurial Approach”. Both of these sources focus on the importance of collaboration in the present day music environment.
