Virtual Conference
Check your tech – Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space where you can listen and participate.
Open your web browser: Use a browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Go to the meeting link: Click on the meeting link provided by the meeting organizer, or go to the Teams meeting page if you have a Meeting ID and passcode.
Join on the browser: If prompted, choose to "Continue on this browser" or "Join on the Teams app" (you can join without downloading the app).
Join as a guest: If you don't have a Microsoft account, you can join as a guest by entering your name.
Allow microphone and camera: You will be prompted to allow your browser to access your microphone and camera.
Join the meeting: Select "Join now" and you'll be in the meeting.
Bookmark the conference hub – This is your one-stop location for all session links, poster galleries, and resources.
Review the schedule – Decide which breakout sessions and poster topics interest you most so you can plan your day.
Bookmark the conference homepage — it’s your central hub for the day. Follow the schedule posted there to join each session, and use the Zoom links provided for quick access.
If you run into technical issues, try restarting your computer first — it often fixes common problems.

Engage actively — Use chat, polls, and breakout discussions to connect with peers.
Take notes — Jot down key takeaways and ideas to try in your library.
Network — Share your contact info in chat or the networking space to keep conversations going after the event.
Explore everything — Visit all poster sessions and session recordings (if available) after the conference
