Setup by Zoe and Charly in 2020, with their experience in the Beauty industry they set up, The Beauty Bar, an on-campus salon that is a one-stop shop for nails, hair, lashes, and brows. The Beauty Bar has been a continuing success and plans to go nationwide to other universities in 5 years' time.

Phoenix has partnered with award-winning charity Trevi to help it complete it's sustainability goal of gender equality for female entrepreneurs. With the secondary goal of creating a legacy project for future TEs to extedn the partnerships into the future.

Zac and Connor started working together on Connor's family business in November 2021, Indiana Jazz recruitment recruits housekeepers for domestic households as well as commercial placements. Zac and Connor have both shared their learning and valuable experience with the team. Through Zac's workshop on recruitment, helping other ventures such as the Beauty Bar with recruitment and helping the team with things like their CV's. 

Facilitating the publishing, writing and marketing of Audiobooks, Tom set up his audiobook publishing venture in 2021 to help authors write audiobooks they're passionate about. Tom has also published multiple paperbacks for people to enjoy the content away from technology.
