Ethics is more than just right and wrong; it's leadership.
At BEA, we teach and equip our members with the skills they need to enter the workforce with an ethical mindset to help guide decisions and address dilemmas.
Who you know matters. It matters because it's a great way to find out about jobs, and a great way to learn about what it takes to succeed.
To learn more about BEA's mission, please read our Code of Ethics.
Career Development
We allow our members to learn what it means to have an ethical career by providing professional development opportunities such as bringing in professional speakers, hosting workshops, providing an ethics certification, and hosting our annual ethics case competition.
Community
We foster a connected community between future ethical leaders by developing their professional connections with each other and with club professional connections.
We also serve the Seattle community through philanthropic events such as our quarterly street cleaning and volunteering at the Food Bank.
Ethical Mindset Development
We help develop our member’s ethical thought processes by hosting ethical discussions, challenging our members with ethical dilemmas, hosting our annual ethics case competition, and bringing in professional speakers.
