COURSE REGISTRATION

UIUC Registration

  • Students will be automatically enrolled in LAS 291/292.

  • Students must enroll in a sufficient amount of courses directly at the host university to be considered a full-time student. This must convert to a minimum of 12 UIUC credit hours.

  • Students are also allowed to register for up to 1 UIUC online course at no additional cost. This does not count toward your full-time status at your host university.

  • You are not required to take any online courses while abroad, other than the mandatory LAS 291/292 course.

UWA Course Registration

  • As part of the application process, you will create a study plan

  • You must enroll in a full academic load of 24 points per semester (most units are worth 6 points)

  • You use the online UWA Handbook to browse through units offered

  • You’ll have the opportunity to enroll in your units online before the semester starts. The Global Learning Office will contact you once you are eligible to complete your online enrollment.
