The Child Cognition Lab investigates how children understand and respond to the social world. Our research investigates many topics including how children explain and understand other's thoughts, emotions, and actions; how children understand ownership, rights, and responsibilities; how children engage in pretend-play, and how they understand the distinction between fantasy and reality.
