The Nordic Ski Club provides a way for UVM students to get out on the trails during the winter months.  Members get access to vans heading to Sleepy Hollow Ski Center  ( 30 mins away) during the week as well as the option to race on the weekends. 

We compete in the Eastern Collegiate Ski Conference (ECSC) which is governed by the USCSA.  Our team routinely places among the top 3 of the competing teams at a D3 level.  Races are usually between 6 and 15 kilometers with a couple sprints mixed in!

Though the team ranks well at competitions, all skill levels are represented and those new to skiing will blend right in.  Check it out for yourself at the ECSC results page.
