1. Extra hour costs 1,500/- per person

2. Bride getting ready, Groom getting ready, Parlour, Bashor, Mosque coverage - per hour cost 1,500/- per person

3. Extra photographer or Extra cinematographer costs 5,000/- per person

4. Pre/Post Wedding Photoshoot of 3 hours by 1 Senior Photographer costs 6,500/-

5. Pre/Post Wedding Cinematography of 3 hours by 1 Senior Cinematographer costs 6,500/-

6. Drone cost 10,000/- for 4 hours session

7. Extra printing cost ::
   Size 4"x6" = 15/-
   Size 6"x9" = 40/-
   Size 8"x10" = 90/-

8. Standard album with 80 copies 4R, 16 copies 6L & 4 copies 8R prints cost 4,500/-

9. Premium Photobook of cost::
   10Sheets Size 12"x18" = 4,500/-
   20Sheets Size 12"x18" = 7000/-
   
   

10. Signature Photobook ::
    
    Matte 8,500/-
    Metalic 8,000/-

For The Bride :  

1. Use Mehndi /Heena on hand instead of color                                             

2. Use contact lens on eyes.                                                                              

3 Must have enough time for photography.       

4. Good makeover can change your photo dramatically

For The Groom :

1. Perfect hair and beard style

2. Take Facial and other Grooming

3. Use a wrist watch

So take care of makeover with good makeup artist. **

Besides good decoration, helping mind of guest and relatives, good

Lighting of venue etc. plays a good

Role in your event Photography and Cinematography

Terms and Conditions :

1. Rates are not negotiable but our honorable clients can customize all the packages, Work quality varies on different packages. After booking a date you can't cancel the date if you do advance is not refundable.

2. After delivery of photo and video if you have any problem please inform us within 3 days. After that period we cannot help you.

3. 70% payment is required advance for booking (not refundable) and the rest 30% due is on the time of deliver the soft copies in DVD or Pen Drive.

4. It may take around 15-45 working days to deliver the photo and the video

5. Client themselves have to select the pictures to print and collect the prints from our printing lob With in 7 days After Delivery. After 7 Days We cannot Allow Prints

6. At least 30-45 minutes should be given for taking portraits and couple shots no other photographer can take Pictures during this period either you can't complain for the quantity or quality of photos.

7. We take misbehaves seriously. We always try to work hard and give you the best. If you  have any requirement please tell us we will do that but on duty anyone can not shout on us or can't use slang words as we are human beings we have the rights to cancel the deal.

8. Please give accurate duty timing while booking. Extra per Hour Cost per person is 1000 Tk only. If you want extra hour coverage Please calculate and Pay the amount at the Venue. OR we will calculate and demand that amount at the time of delivery.

9. Elegance Shots holds the copyright of the photos taken & can use the photos on the Facebook, website, or other social media.

10. We are photographer so photos are precious than money, time, person to us as well as we all have to depend on fate if there would an unwanted accident like Hard disk error hijack, attempt to Murder, Road Accident you have to consider us.

1. We need 30 Working Days from your last event date to complete the post processing works

2. Client has to select pictures for prints and has to provide by pen drive or link. It takes 10 Working Days to deliver the prints

3. Song preference for promo/movie is accepted if given before the event date

4. Correction instructions on post processing works are welcomed within 30 days of softcopy delivery

5. Hardcopy delivery is valid within 45 days of softcopy delivery

6. Raw & Edits will be delivered by Google Drive Link. Links will be valid and accessible for 6 months from the delivery date

7. All service against a contract ends after 6 months of last event date
