Welcome to Bank Rakyat Student Residential Hall or known as INASIS Bank Rakyat. INASIS Bank Rakyat is the 15^th residential hall established in UUM with maximum capacity up to 2216 students. Therefore, this is one of the largest student residential hall in Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). We are located almost 3 kilometers away from the main campus. Like other residential hall, this INASIS is headed by the Principal and administrative staff for the administration matters and for students activities. The Principal will be assisted by Assistant Principals. Student will be represented at INASIS level by the Student Development Committee better known as JKPS.

At INASIS Bank Rakyat, our staffs and student representative committee are committed to give the best service to its residents. Our aim is to develop students who are high achievers in every aspect of lives not only academics.

The Bukit Kachi College was primarily built as an out-campus hostel to accommodate 2,216 students.It was built on August 2001 by Syarikat Pembinaan Sintok Sdn. Bhd. (in collaboration with Permodalan Kedah Berhad & TSR Capital Berhad) with the capital of RM100 milions.

The Bukit Kachi College is located at Plot 1 87 2988 Jalan Bukit Kachi in the sub district of Temin, Sintok, Kedah Darul Aman. It was built on a 20 hectare land, 3 kilometres away from the main campus.The handover of the building was carried out on 4 May 2013 and the administration of the college commenced its operation on 15 May 2013. The first intake of the residents took place on 1 June 2003, involving 1383 existing students and 495 newly registered students.The design of the hostel buildings was adapted from the concept of nature with an open space to separate residents by gender.

The buildings of the Bukit Kachi 2 College comprise 8 hostel blocks, 1 multipurpose hall, an administrative office, a two-storey semi-D unit for the Principal, business lots and a mosque. The residential buildings comprise four-storey blocks that accommodate 126 hostel rooms and five-storey blocks that accommodate 176 rooms. In every block, there is one housing unit for assistant principals.

The proclamation of DPP SME Bank was done on 1 April 2009.

Parcel Centre

Shoppers online, rejoice! Additionally, Bukit Kachi offers a Parcel Center where you may pick up whatever you order online. operates from Saturday through Thursday from 9 am to 11 night, closing on Friday and public holidays. Bus Stop

After you enter the gate of Bukit Kachi you will see the first building on your left. That’s where Office and Cafeteria put at. Beside Cafe and Office it will be where you can see the bus stop Bank Rakyat. Bus Stop Sme Bank at the back of Bukit Kachi means you need to go deeper in Kachi. Bus Stop Sme is beside office and cafeteria too. When taking the bus, it's a good idea to give additional time, especially if you're a new student. This will assist guarantee that you get there on time and prevent any potential delays. It is advised to board the bus at least 30 minutes before your class to allow for enough travel time because the earliest time to do so is at 8:00 am, with departure at roughly 8:15 am. To guarantee that you reach your destination on time and without worry, it is always a good idea to plan your trip in advance and give extra time.
