EVOLUTION OF tRNA SECONDARY STRUCTURE AND UNIDENTIFIED tRNA INVESTIGATION

The accumulation of archaeal tRNA genes is gradually becoming more important in the field of bioinformatics for its essential role in evaluating the origin and evolution of tRNA molecule. Hidden pattern of tRNA structure abound in genome sequence. As these investigations progressed we observed that several existing powerful tools does not identified the hidden pattern. We investigate in archaea genome and human genome and try to find out that a rare and so far unidentified tRNAs and tRNAs structure are identified in split nature using our algorithm.
