AVS has a (long) video explaining how to convert certain classrooms (see this list - actually this is any room on campus that has a desktop computer) to a zoom session, as an alternative to simply connecting your laptop etc.
The instructions for setting the projection and audio capture correctly are at the 2:35 minute mark in https://youtu.be/1wg7I26YjGQ
This set-up does not allow for any interaction, it just projects the projection view and the room audio from the fixed lectern mic and the lapel mic if you use it.
If students in the room use audio, it will have bad interference (unless they use a very good call-centre style headset with mic next to their mouth)
There is no camera in most rooms. So it will just display whatever is projected the screen. You can use your own ipad or laptop and share screen if you want video.
Since it projects to Zoom whatever is projected in the room, you can use the Document Camera etc. But it will be a passive style lecture
