The Commander of the Marine Raider Regiment (MRR) is MRR | L. Biv. They are responsible for leading and managing all operational elements within the regiment. This includes overseeing the training, readiness, deployment, and mission execution of the Marine Raider Squads. The Commander ensures units are prepared to conduct special operations missions such as direct action, special reconnaissance, and foreign internal defense. As a key leader within Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), the MRR Commander integrates Marine special operations capabilities into joint and combined force operations, while upholding the Raider ethos and maintaining the highest standards of discipline, professionalism, and combat effectiveness. 

The Command Sergeant Major (CSM) of the Marine Raider Regiment is MRR | S. Rogers. They are the advisor to the Regimental Commander and serves as the principal advocate for the welfare, discipline, and professional development of all enlisted personnel within the regiment. The CSM provides guidance on enlisted matters, enforces standards, and promotes the Raider ethos across the formation. They play a critical role in maintaining unit cohesion, mentoring noncommissioned officers, and ensuring the operational readiness of the force. The CSM also supports coordination with higher headquarters and other components of Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), representing the voice and interests of the enlisted ranks in all aspects of regimental operations.
