UTP Taekwondo Club have a comprehensive course in Taekwondo especially improvements in their coordination, flexibility, and strength. Taekwondo reduces body fat and builds muscle mass and helps relieve stress and tension. All taekwondo programs and learners must go through a grading session or test to be qualified for belt promotions.
Sparring (aka. Kyorugi) training unlike any other kinds of taekwondo training approaches. It allows you to demonstrate high level of endurance, techniques and getting you immersed into basics competitions concepts.
This course have a pre-requisites, where students must join the general class and/ or at least possess a Blue belt/ being instructed or suggested or any other equivalent level to be selected into this class.
