I’m passionate about using AI to create a more sustainable future 🤖🌍. As a Ph.D. Researcher and Clarendon Scholar at the University of Oxford, I’m part of the Intelligent Earth CDT, where I explore how intelligent systems can help us better understand and protect our climate and planet. 

Past Professional Experience @ Qualcomm AI Research

In the past, I worked as a Senior ML Researcher at Qualcomm AI Research, at the intersection of machine learning, optimization, and computer vision. My contributions included developing evolutionary algorithms enhanced with explainable AI (XAI) for large-scale black-box optimization, and investigating differentiable modelling techniques to improve the efficiency and interpretability of such systems. 

Foundational Research @ Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore 

Prior to this, I completed my M.Tech (by Research) in the Department of Computational and Data Sciences (CDS) at IISc Bangalore, working with Prof. Phaneendra K. Yalavarthy. My thesis, conducted in collaboration with the Shell Technology Centre, Bangalore, was awarded the Subramanian Rajalakshmi Medal for the Best M.Tech (Research) Thesis (2022). 🎓🏅
