This Privacy Policy explains how Utilix Pro handles information when you use the app. Utilix Pro is a utility app for PDF tools, image tools, document scanning, OCR, QR tools, password/security tools, text tools, file tools, premium features, and ads.

Utilix Pro may access or process the following information only when you choose to use related features:

• Camera access: used for document scanning, OCR capture, and QR code scanning.

• Photos, images, documents, and files: used when you select files or images for PDF, image, OCR, QR, or file utility features.

• Generated or edited files: used to create, preview, save, share, or export files requested by you.

• Password vault data: used only if you save passwords in the app's vault feature.

• Biometric authentication status: used to unlock protected vault features when enabled by you. Utilix Pro does not receive or store your fingerprint or face data.

• Purchase status: used to enable premium features after a Google Play purchase.

• Advertising data: Google Mobile Ads may collect or process advertising identifiers, device information, app interactions, diagnostics, and related data to provide ads and measure ad performance.
  
  

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide the app's utility features.

• Scan QR codes and documents.

• Convert, compress, resize, protect, view, export, or share files selected by you.

• Save app settings, favorites, local history, and vault entries on your device.

• Enable premium purchases and restore premium status.

• Show ads and rewarded ad trials.

Local Processing and Storage

Most Utilix Pro features are designed to work locally on your device. Files, images, OCR results, QR history, app settings, favorites, and vault data are stored locally unless you choose to export, share, or back them up.

Utilix Pro does not operate its own cloud server for storing your files or vault passwords.

Sharing of Information

Utilix Pro does not sell your personal or sensitive user data.

Information may be shared in these limited cases:

• With Google services, including Google Mobile Ads and Google Play Billing, for ads, rewarded ads, purchases, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and Play Store functionality.

• With apps or services you choose when you use Android sharing, export, save, or open-with features.

You can deny permissions, but some features may not work without them.

Data Retention

Data stored locally in Utilix Pro remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, remove saved entries, or uninstall the app. Exported files remain wherever you save or share them.

Advertising and purchase-related data handled by Google is retained according to Google's policies.

Data Deletion

You can delete local app data by:

• Deleting saved items inside the app where available.

• Clearing Utilix Pro app data in Android system settings.

• Uninstalling the app.

If you exported files or backups outside the app, you must delete those files from the location where you saved them.

Security

Utilix Pro uses platform-provided storage, file access, and biometric authentication features where applicable. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Please keep your device protected and do not share sensitive exported files with untrusted apps or services.

Children's Privacy

Utilix Pro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can help address the issue.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
