Welcome to UtilBox.
This page explains how you can permanently delete your UtilBox account and what happens to your data after deletion.
Account deletion is available only for users who have signed in using Google Sign-In.
If you use UtilBox in Guest Mode, no online account is created. Guest Mode data remains only on your device and can be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the application.
You can permanently delete your UtilBox account directly from within the app.
Follow these steps:
Open UtilBox.
Sign in to your Google account (if you are not already signed in).
Open the Profile page.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, your deletion request will be processed.
When your account is deleted, the following data associated with your UtilBox account will be permanently removed:
Your UtilBox account
Cloud-synchronized notes
Favorites
User preferences stored in the cloud
Other account-related cloud data managed by UtilBox
This action cannot be undone.
Certain information may be retained only when required for:
Legal obligations
Fraud prevention
Security purposes
Financial or tax compliance related to Google Play purchases
Any retained information is kept only for the period required by applicable laws.
Most account deletion requests are completed within 7 days.
Some data may be removed immediately, while certain records required for legal or operational purposes may be retained for a limited period as described above.
Guest Mode does not create an online UtilBox account.
Deleting the app or clearing the application's storage will remove Guest Mode data stored locally on your device.
