The character Fukumori Chiron, his voicebanks, aswell as any other assets made in contribution to him by the creator (Nevadis Galaxy) (such as artwork, promotional material, cover songs, etc.) may NOT be used to:

  -train AI databases for the voice on elevenlabs, Diff-SVC, RVC, ENUNU, etc. without consent.

  -train AI databases for the artwork on Midjourney or any similar generative AI platform for art.

  -create NSFW/R18/R18G artwork of this character, including all types of pornography, visual, audio or otherwise, including heavily revealling clothing, lingerie, audio of erotic sounds or erotic scripts, etc.

  -create media with this character, voicebank or other assets that includes hate-speech or politics, including but not limited to LGBT and racist hate-speech, political campaigning, religious discrimination, sexism, promoting self-harm or suicide, or any form of propaganda.

  -commercial usage, including original songs or doujin. Any monetized content with Fukumori Chiron or usage of the assets created by Nevadis Galaxy must first be done with prior consent and must not break any other rules stated in these terms of use.

  -be repurposed in order to create derivative characters.

  -be redistributed in any way, shape or form without prior consent from the owner, even in the context of media preservation.

The oto.ini is allowed to be modified in the conetxt of technical issues.

This character's voicebanks may be used for cover songs with dark/difficult/NSFW topics as long as it does not break any of the aforementioned rules.

Fukumori Chiron is owned and created solely by Nevadis Galaxy, including all assets such as character design, concept, voice, oto.ini, official artwork, etc. Please contact Nevadis Galaxy through Twitter or Bluesky in the case that you have any questions regarding these terms of use.

Please credit Nevadis Galaxy for any assets that you might use and respect the owner if asked to take down any material you have publically uploaded that breaks this terms of use
