♬ Avery's UTAU libraries/Voicebanks may be freely used for any audio compositions and covers for non-profit use. 

♬ Permission is required for any commercial usage including Avery's vocal libraries. 

♬ Any vocal samples and audio files found within are strictly prohibited for usage in AI training and learning, including RVC and similar programs.

♬ Modification and editing audio files for personal use are allowed, however, any forms of redistribution of these audio files, whether modified or unmodified, is strictly prohibited.

♬ Creation of hate speech inclusive but not limited to: racism, LGBT+ discrimination, political expression or religious fanaticism, is strictly prohibited.

♬ Feel free to tag and message ruruins for your usage of Avery as the VP enjoys listening to others using her.

✎ The official artworks of Avery may be reposted and redistributed freely without need of attribution for non-profit use.

✎ The official artworks of Avery are strictly prohibited for usage in AI training and learning.

✎ For physical media and commercial usage, permission is required, and attributions of artist, creator and utau must be stated somewhere on the work.

✎ The official artworks of Avery is allowed to accompany any audio compositions and covers for non-profit use.

✎ While Avery is 18+, artistic expression of heavily graphic, explicit, horrific and abusive content is forbidden.

✎ Drawing character pairing/ship content with Avery is allowed; however, all of these are non-canon/unofficial.

✎ Any pairing with characters who are inferred or explicitly stated to be minors (under 18) are strictly forbidden.

✎ Derivative works featuring Avery (fanart, fancomics, fanfiction, cosplay, 2D/3D models) is allowed for non-profit usage, as long as some sort of credit to Avery is found on the work.

✎ Roleplaying as Avery is strictly prohibited as the VP sees this as an unofficial representation and usage of the character.

✎ Tracing, editing and modification of official artworks for characters that aren't Avery is strictly prohibited.
