Vendor table pricing will be provided during the application process. Space is limited and tables are first-come, first-served.

What does a vendor table include?

What time is vendor setup?
Vendor setup will begin 90 minutes before the show opens to the public.  Full setup details and arrival times will be sent to approved vendors before the event.

What types of items can vendors sell?
Vendors may sell sports cards, Pokémon cards, other trading cards, sealed wax, slabs, collectibles, and hobby-related items.

The following items may NOT be sold at this event:

Counterfeit or fake cards/items

Can I promote another card show or hobby event at the Utah Valley Card Expo?

Absolutely!

The goal of the Utah Valley Card Expo is to help grow the trading card hobby in Utah. If you are hosting another local card show, trade night, shop event, or hobby gathering, you are more than welcome to bring flyers and share information with attendees and vendors alike.

We believe the hobby gets stronger when events support each other and collectors know what’s happening in the community.

If you have an upcoming event you’d like to promote, feel free to bring flyers to the show.  You’re also welcome to reach out ahead of time—we’d be happy to help spread the word at the event.
