Faculty scholarship information

Prospective applicants submit an Expression of interest and will be considered for the current regional scholarships as well as RTP and USYDIS.  We will also advise if a prospective applicant can also apply for government funding in their own country e.g. LPDP in Indonesia or Ministry of Education Taiwan.

Deadlines:

• Expressions of Interest – 15 October 2025

• Applications for admission  - 24 November 2025

• Scholarships for each region to be announced - 1 December 2025

• Development of hand-held devices based on UWB, mmWave, THz or WiFi signals to see through walls for human activity monitoring

• Precise Indoor Positioning based on moving Robots and UWB/mmWave/THz/WiFi techniques

• Healthcare AI empowered IoT

• Development of an AI-empowered digital heart

• Development of digital twin generative AI

• Internet of Things (IoT) in Smart Hospitals for Pressure Injury Monitoring
