The Charge for the Writing Group

 To collaboratively develop a viable, robust, and coherent  K-12 social studies curriculum aligned to the Virgin Islands Standards of Achievement  for Social Studies (VISA-SS) that enables student achievement and provides a roadmap that successfully prepares students for college, career, and civic life, and, simultaneously, recognizes and embraces the history and culture of the United States Virgin Islands.
