※築60年以上の古民家を改装した建物のため、物音や話し声が響くことがあります。近隣の方へのご迷惑をお掛けしないためにも夜間・早朝はできる限り静かにお過ごしください。

Entrance and Access 

The entrance will be locked at 11:00 PM, but you can still access it using a passcode. If you plan to return after 11:00 PM, please let us know in advance. We’ll provide you with the passcode at check-in.

Noise Policy

Our renovated 60-year-old Japanese house carries sound easily. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors. Thank you!

はい、オーナーと共有のキッチンをご利用可能です。コンビニやスーパー、八百屋さんが徒歩５分のところにあります。居酒屋やレストランもたくさんありますので、テイクアウトで持ち込みして召し上がっていただくことも可能です。

Yes, you can use the shared kitchen, which is shared with the owner. There’s a convenience store, supermarket, and a greengrocer within a 5-minute walk. There are also plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby, so feel free to bring back takeout to enjoy here!

チェックインは15:00-19:00の間です。チェックアウトは11:00です。不在の場合もありますので、ご到着が遅れる際は事前にお知らせいただけると助かります。

Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you expect to arrive later than 7:00 PM, please let us know in advance as we may not always be on-site.

はい、ご宿泊いただけます。子ども料金は大人の半額となります。なお、原則として小学生以下のお子様が対象です。中学生以上は、大人料金とさせていただいております。未就学児は無料ですが、別途お布団のご用意はございませんので、添い寝をお願いしております。

Yes, absolutely! We have a baby too, so we’re happy to welcome little ones. The child rate is half of the adult price. This applies to children under elementary school age. Children in junior high school or older will be charged the adult rate. Preschool children stay for free, but please note that we do not provide separate bedding, so they will need to sleep with their parents.

ゲストハウスとは、ホテルや旅館とは異なってドミトリー（相部屋）があったり、トイレやバスルームが共用、アメニティ類の提供がない簡易宿所のことです。また、共有スペースがあり他の宿泊客と交流することも可能です。

なお、ウスキアートハウスはすべて鍵付きの個室ですが、トイレ、シャワーは共有設備になります。タオルやアメニティはご用意しております。詳細はこちらをご参照ください。

A guesthouse is different from hotels or ryokan inns in that it typically offers dormitory-style rooms (shared rooms), shared bathrooms and toilets, and fewer amenities. It also has common areas where you can interact with other guests.

At Usuki Art House, however, all rooms are private with locks, but the toilets and showers are shared. We do provide towels and amenities for your convenience. Please see here for more details.

Smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms or shared areas, but you’re welcome to smoke in the outdoor smoking space.
