Rules and Regulations

Uniform Regulations:

Brigade wide uniform is going to be the SWC uniform under South Korea. This will be the regular wear for all Marines that are not in a regiment. Those of you that are in a regiment may wear that regiments uniforms when out on missions. When on base, you must wear a formal uniform (reference Uniform page). While in a formal uniform or training uniform depending on your rank you will have different berets. For Enlisted personnel and Non-commissioned Officers, you must wear a green beret, for Officers and above you will wear a red beret. The only regiment that may not wear these colored berets will be the military police, they can have a black beret and black vest when on base. For the tactical gear you may have any attachments on your vest when in combat gear. If you have any questions regarding uniforms please create a ticket and await a response. (If it has been longer than 24 hours since your request with no response, please reach out to General Fancy or another Hi-Comm member)

Weapons Regulations:

When on base you may NEVER have your weapon in your hands (unless you are at the indoor training facility or firing range) military police may have their weapons out when on base ONLY if there is probable cause to do so. The weapons for base wide use will be the M16A2, M16A4, M4A1, M1014 Shotgun, AUGA3, and the SCAR-H, SCAR-L, MK-18. For sidearms it will be the Glock, M9, and the M17. Attachments for all weapons are optional for use unless the mission calls for it, or if someone over you otherwise. When you do have attachments they cannot be unrealistic (EX: you cannot have 3 flashlights, a laser inside your sight, basically if it would obstruct the way the weapon is used you cannot have it.) If you have lasers or flashlights on your weapon, make sure they are turned off before putting your weapon away. If someone does have their gear turned on, please tell them about it. If you have any further questions regarding weapons please create a ticket and await a response.

On Base Regulations:

When on base you will be wearing a formal uniform at all times unless you are in a training. If you are on base at any point (it can be during the day or after hours) and an officer gets on base (warrant officers do not apply to this, they will salute officers but they will not be saluted at) and you see them, stop where you are and render a hand salute, you must wait for them to salute you back in order for you to drop your salute. If they do not salute you back and walk off, you may drop your salute and report it to someone above them. You may NOT step on the grass at any point, stick to the sidewalk at all times. If you are an officer or NCO and see someone walk on the grass you may take action by having them do PT on base. If they do it a second time it will be a demerit (points deducted) if they do it a third time, they will have a meeting with their officers. If it's continuous past that point Hi-Comm will step in as this is being insubordinate at that point. They will discuss whether you are still a good addition to this Corps. If you are not you will be Dishonorably Discharged, this means you will not be reinstated once it is passed. Also when on base you will wear the appropriate uniform at all times. If someone is out of uniform please correct them.

Server Rules:
Violation 1 rules:
These rules are punishable by a temporary or permanent ban.

Rule #1- No Bullying: Do not threaten, intimidate, or persuade anyone to do anything that may result in getting them hurt. Do not think it’s ok to say what you want just because you don’t know who they are. If someone feels like you are making them feel a certain way, pertaining to bullying, it is bullying. Do not make remarks that target someone directly.

Rule #2- No Disrespect: Please be kind and courteous to everyone, do not make people feel uncomfortable.

Rule #3- No abusing rank: This applies to everyone with power whether it be an NCO or Officer+. Do not think because you have more power than others that you can do what you want to think any lesser of those under you. Just remember: you are replaceable.

Rule# 4- Please do not DM advertise on our server. If you join our server and would like to partner we are more than happy to oblige. We do not want people who just join the server (or those who have been here a while) to try and steal members from us. This also protects people from clicking discord invites as there have been multiple reports recently that people have been clicking the invites and have had their account taken over. This is not only a rule but a safety precaution.

Rule# 5- No NSFW content (Not Safe for Work): This is mainly due to the fact that not everyone in the server is over the age of 18. DO NOT post any gore, nudity, pornographic material, underaged material, or anything following those categories. This will not be tolerated on the server at all.
Rule# 6- No Doxxing or IP grabbing: We want everyone to feel safe when entering the server. This applies to any threats of doxxing or IP grabbing. Anything of this sort is highly intolerable.

Rule #7- No VC Trolling: This includes yelling, screaming, cursing excessively or playing music at a level that hurts people's ears or where it interrupts people's training or communication. We are not a hang out server

Rule #8- No Messaging Staff Members: I know staff don’t like to get messages about people misbehaving on the server. If you have an issue or want to report someone, create a ticket and a staff member will see it and handle it. This includes pinging them on the server. If you have an issue that you think a regular staff member might not be able to handle or you feel that staff may handle it incorrectly (or just have a problem with staff members) please report it directly to the Founder (with evidence if applicable)

Rule #9- Unverified: If you are unverified, find the verification channel and do the command /verify. If you are warned 3 times for being unverified you will be kicked, if you rejoin and still do not verify you will be banned. If you are having issue verifying please create a ticket and await a response from staff.

Rule #10-Unauthorized Server Invites: If you join the server just to advertise your own server is strictly prohibited. If you want to advertise your server, the best way will be to create a partnership form and await for the founder to contact you.

Violation 2 Rules:

These rules are punishable by kicks and warning (Note: commit too many violation 2 rules and they will turn into bans)

Rule #11- No asking for ranks, assets, or funds: Asking for any of these is a big no. We are not your parents. As for ranks all that must be earned unless Hi-Comm have put a vote for certain instances.

Rule# 12- Partner Server Troubles: We have partner servers to not only help grow our server but also help theirs as well. Getting in trouble on another partner server will result in punishment on this server as well.

Rule #13- Trolling: If you join this server just to mess around you are in the wrong place. If you try to ping everyone, random message people, basically do anything to annoy everyone. This even applies to attempts of trolling.

Violation 3 Rules:
These rules are punishable by warnings and timeouts (Note: commit too many violation 3 rules and they will turn into kicks)

Rule #14- DM's to Server: Do not bring drama that you and someone are discussing in DM’s to the server. No one wants to see unnecessary drama on the chat channels

Rule #15- No Unnecessary Pinging: If you have the power to ping people, do not abuse it. This should be used to let people know of something important.

Rule #16- No Excessive Cursing: We allow cursing but do not use it unnecessarily and without end or reason. Using it constantly can be annoying and not everyone likes hearing that

Rule #17- Posting content in undesignated channels: Please refrain from posting pictures or videos in channels not made for that. It makes the server look sloppy.

Rules can be paired with other rules to create worse punishment
