Managing fragmented financial data across multiple months makes it difficult to see the "big picture" of profitability. I built a centralized system to automate data consolidation and provide real-time visual insights into the business's financial health.
Project Highlights:
Automated Financial workflows: Developed custom Google Apps Script to automate the consolidation of monthly revenue and expense data,significantly reducing manual entry time and human error.
Automated Data Pipeline Confirmation: Developed an Apps Script function that sends an automation email notification upon the successful completion of the data import,cleaning, and sorting process, ensuring Management are immediately informed of the report's readiness.
Advanced data Modeling: Utilized complex XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and nested logic formulas to link disparate data sets into a master Profit and Loss(P&L) statement.
Real-time Profitability Tracking: Built Dynamic dashboard that calculates Gross and Net Profit Margins instantly as new data is entered.
Custom scripted Reporting: Programmed a backend Script to audit data entries for inconsistencies,ensuring the accuracy of the financial statements.

Revenue Growth Trends: A line graph tracking income fluctuations to identify seasonal peaks and business stability.
Expenses Distribution: A donut chart visualizing spending categories to help stakeholders optimize cost.
KPI Scorecards: Automated "Big Number" displays for Total Revenue, Total Expenses, and Net Profit.
