Homebuyer Purchase Assistance

Marion County is proud to participate in the Homebuyer Purchase Program. Would you like to buy a house in Marion County with little or not down payment?

Marion County Community Services personnel work with lenders, contractors, and REALTORS® to guide you in buying an affordable house. The first step is to call Community Services to review the program with a Client Services Specialist to pre-screen for the program. Pre-qualification will grant you an application submission, be eligible for being reviewed as part of the process, and answer any questions that you may have. Be sure not to be shy and ask all the questions you can think of. At this time, you will also choose a participating lender (a member of the Marion County Lenders Consortium), for financing.
