Symposium main registration form has been annouced via email.
Please complete the registration and payment by noon on May 13, 2026 in Japan time (May 12, 11pm EDT).
After your registration is completed, you will receive a payment request email regarding the registration fee within a few business days.
Please note that there may be a slight delay between the submission of the registration form and the notification of your payment.
We strongly recommend completing the process well in advance of the deadline.
The registration fees are as follows:
Attendee: 80,000 JPY (taxable) per person
Accompanying guest (for banquet): 15,000 JPY (taxable) per person
Children under 12 (for banquet): 7,500 JPY (taxable) per person
The registration fee covers attendance at the symposium, refreshments, lunches from June 25th to 26th, dinner on the 25th, the banquet on the 26th, and the welcome reception.
The opening session (welcome reception) wil be held at "Sirius", 42F, Tokyo Dome Hotel at 6 pm of June 24th (https://www.tokyodome-hotels.co.jp/).
The banquet will be held at Meiji Kinenkan on June 26th (https://www.meijikinenkan.gr.jp/english/).
The organizers have pre-booked approximately 30 rooms (twin or double) each at the following hotels:
