*The C programming language: Kernighan and Ritchie

This is the ONLY book you will need to survive/ace the C and DS class taken by Prof.Navin Rajpal

( all the questions that end up in the internals are either examples or the end of chapter problems from this book alone )

Computer Architecture

* COMPUTER SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE(M.Morris Mano)

This is the ONLY book you will need to survive/ace the Computer Architecture class taken by Prof.Amit Prakash( APS) all the questions that end up in the internals are either examples or the end of chapter problems from this book alone )

(*p.s- the lab assistant (not the lab in charge)for this course is a super nice guy , he will be very helpful throughout the lab course , be nice to him :) )

Foundations of Computer Science (Discrete Math)

(this is a HIGH QUALITY FCS course from MIT for all those who are dissatisfied with the quality of classroom teaching at our college and want a deeper and clearer understanding of the subject)

(P.s- The contents of this course cover the FCS course only partially , and have a few extra topics as well.. But the quality of the lectures is just amazing)

Some Exam Advise :

As you would have already observed that almost all questions asked in the exams are repeats of previously years question papers ... Please make use of that information and give preference to the previous years question papers when revising , as its almost certain for the questions to repeat !

Even for the folks who have not started studying as yet , not all is lost, IP exam checking is super lenient ...* JUST MAKE A LOT OF DIAGRAMS and FILL UP PAGES * ( this advise comes from the USICT professors that teach us ) ..and SOLELY study questions from previous years papers if you're short on time .. you could easily get very good marks if you go through all the questions of previous years papers and perfect their answers ...
