High Performance Dragon Boat Camp Week

  • • Training athletes for TEAM USA selection

• A focused, five-day high-performance training camp led by national-team level coaches. Designed for athletes who are seeking the technical skills, race execution, and team systems required to compete at the national level. All campers will have access to former Team USA coaches and receive direct feedback and session design from elite staff.

    • On-water technique sessions, starts, race pieces, and team system training

    • Video review, individualized feedback, and athlete development planning

    • Daily on-land workshops with the coaches
