Why I love ushering at The Cap: For me, nothing compares with seeing live music, of any genre. Having the chance to be a part of the Cap family delivering the complete experience of attending a show to people from all walks of life is a dream come true. I especially enjoy meeting first timers and giving them a bit of history and a few fun facts about the theater.

What makes The Cap different from other venues: In addition to the warmth of our venue; the top notch sound and lights; the amazing artists that play for us; there is a feeling of community. Our job as ushers is to help our customers, to make them feel welcome and to connect with them. The funny thing is that many of our customers give back to us, what they get. How cool is that!!!
Why I love ushering at The Cap: I get to see many of my favorite artists in a small venue with great sound. I enjoy hanging out with the other ushers and interacting with show attendees some who have been to more shows here than I have! I love being a part of the history and legacy of The Capitol Theatre.
