RULES

• Weapons that inflict damage on players or cause destruction or irreversible changing of nodes are strictly forbidden within Usferia.

• Admins are requested to not conduct any ARGs within Usferia that involve the spawning of monsters, use of explosives and weapons, etc. that may be considered harmful and/or dangerous, that cause harm to players and property.

• Players are requested to make use of locked and protected chests for storage of items.

• Rent for each plot a player owns has to be paid at the IRS Office at Walker's Roundabout, Usferia within the first 7 days of each month, counted as per GMT (UTC+0).

• A player can purchase up to 2 row houses, 4 house plots, and 2 shop plots.

• A player can request for the addition of a second protection block above their existing ones, or request to change the altitude of the existing protection block to fit with their builds.

• Players are limited to a 10 blocks above the lowest block in their plot, and 5 blocks below the lowest point in their plot for building.

• When selling plots to other players, the selling player must inform Usfer1308 or the Usferia Municipal Corporation (UMC) and obtain their explicit permission before selling the plot. A tax of 20% will be imposed on this sale. 20% of the sale shall go to UMC, and the remaining 80% to the selling player. The buying player must approach the UMC in order to get the plot converted to their name.

• Failure to comply with the rules stated can lead to a banishment from the UGX Realms server, the confiscation of your plots, being barred from purchasing plots in Usferia, and/or any other suitable punishment as per the judgement of Usfer1308.

NOTE:

The following rules are guidelines for the jurisdiction of Usferia and are still in the process of being framed. The final verdict will be given by Usfer1308 and will not be changed.
