Call for Papers
Our current lives are entangled with the Internet of Things and Pervasive applications, which provide a multitude of services that enrich and facilitate human lives. Among different platforms and systems, many of them also rely on user collaboration to provide data, services, and to improve the systems also for other users. Most popular are Crowdsensing systems, in which users measurements' are leveraged to enlarge the data available for the platform. More recently also other forms of collaboration among users and the platform are available, such as services made by user thanks to visual programming languages, or user reviewing issues.
This openness of the system has a twofold benefit (i) it allows the platform to be more fitted to the user needs and desired services, and (ii) it allows the users to be part of the platform design, so being able to understand how it works, gaining trust in it and also feel more rewarded in participating.
