This may include but is not limited to browsing/clicking records, favorites/following/reservation records, posting records, visit dates/times/durations, and interaction counts.
If you have an account, with your consent, we will receive the images, videos, and recordings you upload.
This website processes the images, videos, and recordings you upload, including images containing faces, as well as enhanced photos generated by the website. The photo and video editing and enhancement technologies implemented on the website cannot uniquely identify or authenticate individuals in the images, and we do not train these technologies to do so. This means we only use this website to enhance images containing faces shared by users and will not use them for any illegal purposes.

1.4 WonderSnap Data Collection: The data collected by WonderSnap is primarily used for service provision and improvement, personalized recommendations, technical support, and product updates. User data will not be used for any other purposes without user consent.
Improving the photo and video editing features in other photo and video editing applications provided by WonderSnap, and providing better services for editing and enhancing your images (e.g., by using your videos and images to train and validate the photo and video editing algorithms in other similar mobile and web applications provided by WonderSnap, and by reviewing and tagging your images to improve the performance of our editing and enhancement features).

2.Data Sharing, Storage, and Security 

2.1 We commit not to sell or rent user data. Data will only be shared in the following circumstances:

Legal Requirements: To comply with legal obligations or respond to legitimate requests.

Business Partnerships: Aggregated data may be shared in an anonymous form with partners to improve service quality.

2.2 Data Storage and Security:
We implement reasonable technical and management measures to protect user data. However, users should understand and accept the risks that may arise due to force majeure or malicious events.

3.Facial Data Collection with Your Consent 

3.1 What Facial Data Does Our Application Collect?
We analyze users' photos to identify facial feature points (such as eyes, nose, mouth) for facial processing. We do not retain any facial data. After the analysis process is completed, all data will be deleted, and no data will be saved.
3.2 What is the Purpose of Collecting This Information?
To provide users with video effects such as "transformation," the application needs to identify feature points (such as eyes, nose, mouth). The complete process is as follows: (1) You upload the image to our server. (2) The server analyzes your photo and returns the results of the facial data processing. (3) The application automatically combines the facial data processing results with video material to create the final effect. (4) After the synthesis process is complete, your image will be automatically deleted.
3.3 Will the Data Be Shared with Any Third Parties?
Data will not be shared with any third parties. After the analysis process is complete, the photos you uploaded will be deleted. User Agreement

1.Agreement Overview
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") applies to all users accessing or using the WonderSnap application (hereinafter referred to as "Users"), including but not limited to users who install, register, or access the application. By using or accessing WonderSnap, you confirm that you have understood and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using the application immediately.

2.User Responsibilities
2.1 Basic Principles: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal norms when using our products and services. Users must also respect public order and social morals and must not engage in any illegal, regulatory violations, or infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of others.
2.2 User Content: Users are responsible for the ownership and legality of all content uploaded to WonderSnap, including images, videos, and other multimedia files. Users guarantee that the content they upload does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights.
2.3 Copyright Dispute Resolution: If the content uploaded by users involves copyright or other legal disputes, users shall bear all responsibility independently. WonderSnap does not bear any responsibility for user-uploaded content and reserves the right to delete content in the event of a dispute.
2.4 Content Management: WonderSnap reserves the right to monitor user-uploaded content and delete content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws when necessary, but does not have the obligation for continuous monitoring.

2.5 Content Moderation Mechanism
To fulfill platform compliance obligations, ensure a good user experience, and prevent the generation and dissemination of illegal, non-compliant, or inappropriate content, this application will conduct automated content detection and review of user-submitted or generated content (including but not limited to text, images, and videos) during the provision of services.
Such content detection is mainly carried out through automated technical means and may use third-party content security and moderation services for analysis and identification, solely for content compliance, security risk control, and service quality assurance. This application does not conduct manual review of user content and does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, or completeness of any content.
If the system determines that any content may violate applicable laws and regulations, app store policies, or this agreement, or may pose other potential risks, this application reserves the right to take appropriate measures at its own discretion, including but not limited to restricting content generation, blocking or deleting content, suspending related functions, or terminating services, without prior notice.
Users are fully responsible for the legality and compliance of the content they submit or generate. Any legal liabilities or disputes arising from content published, submitted, or generated by users shall be borne by the users themselves and are unrelated to this application.

AI Content Usage and Compliance

1. Content Compliance and Moderation Mechanism
   The product uses automated content moderation systems (including third-party services) to review user inputs and generated outputs, including but not limited to text, images, and videos. For any illegal, infringing, inappropriate, or other non-compliant content, the platform reserves the right to block, delete, or restrict its use.

2. Prohibition of Cheating and Illegal Acquisition of Resources
   Users shall not obtain platform resources or benefits through abnormal or unauthorized means, including but not limited to: exploiting system or API vulnerabilities to obtain credits, points, or subscription benefits; bypassing payment mechanisms or usage restrictions; repeatedly triggering rewards or tasks to obtain improper benefits; using cheats, plugins, or modified clients to interfere with the normal operation of the system.

3. Prohibition of AI Misuse
   Users shall not use AI functions for improper or illegal purposes, including but not limited to: generating illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content; using AI for fraud, spreading false information, or malicious activities; repeatedly attempting to bypass content moderation mechanisms; using AI for harassment, abuse, or other harmful behaviors.

4. Prohibition of Bulk Operations and Automated Abuse
   To ensure fair use of the service, users shall not engage in the following activities: using scripts, bots, or automated tools to batch call AI services; excessive or abnormal usage frequency beyond normal user behavior; bulk registration of accounts or operating multiple accounts to consume resources; using emulators, virtual devices, or other technical means for large-scale operations.
   Violation Handling Mechanism
   For any of the above violations, the product reserves the right to take corresponding measures depending on the severity of the case, including but not limited to: restricting access to certain functions (such as generation and download); deducting improperly obtained resources (such as credits and points); temporarily suspending or permanently terminating user accounts; pursuing legal liabilities when necessary.

2.6 Changes to This Policy
We may modify this policy based on changes in laws, information processing methods, or service functions. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will provide appropriate notice to you as required by law. Continued use of this service indicates that you have read and understood the latest version of this policy.

3.Intellectual Property
3.1 Application Content: All content in WonderSnap, including code, algorithms, interface design, text, images, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of WonderSnap or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the application content without written permission.
3.2 User Uploaded Content: Users retain ownership of the content uploaded to WonderSnap, but by uploading, grant WonderSnap a non-exclusive global license to use that content, allowing the application to display it in the user interface and for promotional purposes.

4.Termination and Modification
4.1 Agreement Modification: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users' continued use of this application indicates acceptance of the updated Agreement.
4.2 Service Termination: If users violate this Agreement or applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend users' access, without any compensation liability.

5.Limitation of Liability
WonderSnap will do its best to ensure service quality but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any interruptions caused by network issues, system maintenance, or force majeure. Any losses or disputes arising from the use of this application shall be borne by the user.

6.Final Interpretation Rights
WonderSnap reserves the final interpretation rights of this Agreement.
