About me:
I am a atmospheric scientist working at M.C. Bhubaneswar, India Meteorological department. I am very much interested about the processes and scientific mechanisms underlying the world we live in.

I have completed my M.Sc(Engg.) by research from Centre for Atmospheric & Oceanic Sciences (CAOS), Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore, India. My research was on a region of Bay of Bengal, where SST shows a peculiar characteristics during summer monsoon season. My thesis was on "Formation and maintenance of the southern Bay of Bengal Cold pool" . The center of interest of this study was the evolution of cold pool sea surface temperature and the mechanism responsible for the observed variations at both seasonal and inter-annual time scales. Prior to my study at CAOS, I completed M.Sc(Tech.) from department of Geophysics, Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India.
