Registration for USAESCON 2023 is compulsory.
The last date for abstract submission is 15th February 2023.
The abstracts for the presentation should not exceed 300 words.
The abstract should be in MS Word format, Times New Roman Font with 12 Font Size.
Abstract must contain the following headings – Title, Presenting Author, Aim/Objectives, Methodology, Results and Conclusion.
A bonafide certificate from the head of the department must be attached with the abstract for all the participating postgraduate residents.
The scientific committee reserves the right to formulate the rules and regulations for the smooth conduct of the event.
Only the Presenter’s name should be in the presentation. Affiliated institutes/hospitals shouldn’t be disclosed anywhere.
The scientific committee will screen all abstracts before the presentation.
Candidates not abiding by the rules will be disqualified. The judge’s decision will be final and binding.
The presentations will be judged based on originality of work, clarity of presentation and scientific merit.
(a) Eminent faculty will be invited to deliver this oration.
(b) Orator may be of any nationality and may or may not be a member of USAES.
(c) Oration will be on the topic of his/her choice.
(d) Duration of Oration – 30 to 40 minutes.
(e) No delegation fee will be charged. Local accommodation will be provided, however, the travel expenses are to be borne by the presenter.
(f) A medal, certificate, and memento will be given in honor.
(a) 10 years after post-graduation.

(c) Time Limit – 8 + 2 minutes for discussion and queries.
(d) A Gold Medal & Certification will be given to the best paper.

(e) Only E-Posters are allowed. Physical prints will not be displayed.
(f) A Gold Medal & Certification will be given to the best E-poster.
(a) Only Postgraduate students are eligible for this category.
(b) Team of two (2) residents from the same institution.
(c) The participants are instructed to register their participation at the registration desk on the 14th of April 2023 at the commencement of the conference.
(d) A preliminary elimination round will be done if more than 4 teams participate.
(e) A Gold Medal & Certification will be given to each member of the winning team.

(b) Video can be on surgical techniques, unique investigations or on any section which would invoke new learning points.
(c) Time duration - 8 + 2 minutes for discussion and queries.
(d) A Gold Medal & Certification will be given to the best video.
(e) Audio to be preferably included.
(a) Topics will be given to the moderators and the panelists. Duration will be 45 minutes.
(b) A healthy two-way discussion is looked forward to, where young and budding ENT surgeons can put their doubts for discussion, and senior delegates would share their experiences, making it a memorable learning opportunity.
