Activity is an essential part to what makes ro-nations function. That's why President Caergo is committed to rebuilding the group's activity to levels that are sustainable for government functionality.
Dedication to Mass Recruitment Efforts
For far too long, many Presidents have ignored the group's member count and the issue of recruiting. USRP hasn't had 100+ members in forever, that's why when John Caergo was a U.S. Senator from New York back in 2022 he wrote a landmark piece of legislation to restructure the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service to be the official government agency tasked with recruiting new members. However, since the bill passed Congress and was signed by President Fruit shortly after, no president has ever focused on USCIS whatsoever, not even appointing any Directors for the agency. When President Caergo last took office in December 2023 he immediately appointed the agency's first Director since its restructuring, yet again, no President after has spent any time on the agency. Therefore, President Caergo is focused on appointing a director for the agency once again. By doing this America will once again have a government entity recruiting new members. This combined with rejoining a UN will result in a spike in both new members and activity.

Working on and enforcing realistic government policies & rules
Many past administrations have been careless when it comes to enforcing professionalism and realism. From presidents being inexperienced to presidents being unserious and unconcerned about the problems facing the nation. Despite the occasional joke, President Caergo knows when to be serious and has extensive experience within the executive branch, having served 4 prior non-consecutive terms as President over the course of 5 real-life years, as well as having served as Vice President to a handful of Presidents. President Caergo is strict when it comes to professionalism and realism, and has a zero-tolerence policy for trollers and people who misbehave while acting in their official capacities.
Rebuilding & Maintaining Activity
As he has done before, President Caergo plans on jumpstarting USCIS to handle recruiting and establish a sufficient military, get America back into a UN. By doing this; group membership and activity will spike, as it has happened before.
Rejoining the International Stage
Bringing the United States back into the international stage by rejoining a United Nations is a high priority for President Caergo. Once the federal government returns to a sufficient operating status, and having a sufficient State Department; President Caergo wishes to start the search for a new UN to join. As has been the case before, by joining a UN not only does the group's member count and activity get significantly and positively impacted, new diplomatic channels and opportunities are opened between the United States and foreign nations, which altogether will greatly benefit America, and the American people.
Using the Federal Budget more efficiently
In the past, many Presidents have sent effortless and insufficient budgets to Congress; all passing without much debate due to those Congresses being smaller and less-experienced. President Caergo wishes to change this by meeting with agency and department leaders to figure out the perfect budget for each of them before sending a budget to Congress. President Caergo strongly believes in fiscal responsibility, and with his prior experience in budgeting and lowering an over $1 Trillion Dollar budget to just $39 Billion Dollars; President Caergo will no-doubt steer America towards a better economic path.
