USCIS Citizenship Prep (“the App”) is provided by Everitt Ventures, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use the App.

1. Information We Handle

The App does not require an account. Everitt Ventures, LLC does not directly collect your name, email address, citizenship information, study answers, or other information that directly identifies you through the App.

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Depending on your device, region, privacy choices, and Google services, Google may process information such as device and advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, advertising data, app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information.

2. Advertising

The App is free and supported by Google AdMob advertising. Google may use information to provide, measure, limit, and personalize advertising where permitted.

Advertising data is handled by Google according to its own privacy policies and applicable privacy requirements.

3. App Tracking Transparency

On supported Apple devices, the App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking is permitted.

If you allow tracking, Google AdMob may use permitted information for personalized advertising.

If you decline tracking, you can continue using the App and ads may still be displayed. Declining Apple’s tracking permission restricts access to the device advertising identifier for tracking purposes.

You can review your tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your Apple device.

4. Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to provide advertising consent and privacy choices.

The choices available to you may vary depending on your location and applicable privacy requirements.

Where available, you can reopen advertising privacy choices from within the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob and related Google advertising services.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for people preparing for the U.S. naturalization process and is not directed to children under 13.

7. USCIS and Government Affiliation

USCIS Citizenship Prep is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or any other U.S. government agency.

Study materials are based on publicly available USCIS resources. Users should verify answers that may change with current USCIS information before their naturalization interview.
