Charter System
The system uses a base-seven (0-6) semantic collation to organize the charter articles and, subsequently, the six partitions of government.
Collations are lists that are identified by the lowercase designations of the elements.
Capitalized designations indicate a possible entity for the succeeding governing system.
The designations are subject to revision and are secured by a convention validation; then there will be a ratification process, and upon a successful tally, there will be a court commissioned for the decommissioning of the active charter and the commissioning of the succeeding charter.
